Legacy Physical Therapy, LLC is a privately owned, outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in women’s health and pelvic rehabilitation. Our practice is unique in the St. Louis area and rare in the industry. We work with men and women at all stages of life to restore them to their optimal functional levels. Our private treatment rooms, soothing lighting, and tranquil décor are designed to provide privacy and ensure a welcoming, therapeutic experience every time you visit our clinic.

Meet Our Team

Brooke Kalisiak PT, DPT, WCS, President of Legacy Physical Brooke Kalisiak Owner Legacy Physical TherapyTherapy LLC, is a board certified women's health physical therapist with a passion for treating women and pelvic health. She has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Washington University in Saint Louis.

Brooke has received several awards for her academic and volunteer activities:

  • Bob Hickok Merit Scholarship from Washington University Program in Physical Therapy
  • Directors Award for leadership, scholar, and commitment to the profession from Washington University Program in Physical Therapy
  • Lorraine F. Lake Award given to a graduating member of the post-professional curriculum who exhibits commitment to learning and the profession of physical therapy from Washington University Program in Physical Therapy
  • 2012 Section on Women's Health Volunteer of the Year

In 2012 she became 1 of only a handful of board-certified women's health physical therapists in Saint Louis. She continues to have close ties with the faculty at Washington University’s Program in Physical Therapy, and enjoys helping the next generation of therapists learn the profession by lab assisting, being a clinical educator, and participating with the Women's Health Physical Therapy residency program.

Brooke is a mother, a scholar, and an athlete. She completed her undergraduate degree at Princeton University in New Jersey, where she played NCAA Division I basketball for four years. For fun she enjoys hiking, reading, Taekwondo, and traveling with her husband and son.

 

Jamie Kocher PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist. She Jamie Kocher Physical Therapist Legacy Physical Therapygraduated from Saint Louis University in 2007 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has received specialized training from the American Physical Therapy Association and Herman and Wallace Institutes in pelvic and women’s health issues. She is a postnatal fitness specialist.

As a physical therapist, mother of 2, and former personal trainer, she understands the importance of achieving optimal health throughout a woman’s lifespan. After the birth of her second daughter, Jamie underwent rehabilitation for diastasis recti (abdominal wall separation). Personal and professional experiences have fueled her passion to help women of all ages achieve and maintain active, healthy lifestyles.

In her free time, Jamie enjoys staying active with her husband and daughters, running, attending group fitness classes, volunteering with her church, and traveling.

 

Rosie Vogt, Office Manager, is a mother, wife, and licensed Zumba Rosie Vogt Office Manager Legacy Physical Therapyinstructor. Rosie is a customer service veteran with over 15 years of experience in patient services and office management in plastic surgery and opthalmology. Her focus was on taking care of patients and making healthcare practitioners successful by improving office efficiencies without sacrificing patient care. Abbie Bradley is a mother, wife, and avid tennis player. With 13 yearsAbbie Bradley Receptionist Legacy Physical Therapy in the healthcare industry as a social worker and registered nurse, she has a passion for providing high quality care, regardless of the medical discipline. As Brooke’s younger sister, Abbie is dedicated to the success of Legacy Physical Therapy and is thrilled to help on a part-time basis in the office with customer service and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
