Swedish Massage - A full body massage of medium pressure, to relieve muscle tension/soreness, increase circulation and muscle tone, and promote total mind and body relaxation. 30 minutes: $40 / 60 minutes: $55 / 90 minutes: $75

Myofascial Release Massage - A firm-pressure therapeutic massage, to help alleviate chronic pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation and tissue damage, often recommended by physicians and physical therapists, for patients with special needs, but truly benefits anyone! 60 minutes: $70 / 90 minutes: $80

Hot Stone Massage - Penetrating heat from smooth, warmed stones is used to relieve tense muscles and sore joints. Combined with Swedish techniques, this creates and unforgettable, thoroughly relaxing experience. 60 minutes: $75 / 90 minutes: $95

Deep Tissue Massage - A therapeutic massage that includes stretching, compression and trigger-release techniques. It is not just a "firm" Swedish massage. You must be in excellent health to receive this treatment. This style promotes flexibility, reduces long-held muscle tension and adhesions from chronic poor posture or habits, or from injury. 60 minutes: $65 / 90 minutes: $80

Prenatal Massage - Massage therapy is a wonderful, complimentary choice for prenatal care and a healthy way to reduce stress and promote general well-being. Massage works to relieve the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, joint pain, and edema. 60 minutes: $65

The Benefits of Massage:

Current research validates what most clients already know about massage therapy: stress can undermine your best attempts at balance and health, but massage reduces the perception of stress, and allows healing to take place. Massage therapy is based on the ability of the body to naturally heal itself, and is important in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Regular massage therapy can:

  • Increase the relaxation response
  • Decrease stress
  • Increase circulation
  • Release muscle tightness
  • Improve join flexibility
  • Reduce high blood pressure
  • Diminish aches and pains
  • Reduce anxiety & depression
  • Make you feel wonderful!
